2025 International Student Survey Application

What is the International Student Survey?

The CBIE International Student Survey (ISS) is a unique, national dataset that provides critical and holistic insights into the international student experience in Canada’s post-secondary institutions, from pre-arrival planning through study and post-graduate phases.

The cost of participating in the International Student Survey is included in the annual CBIE membership fee. Institutions that are not members of CBIE are also welcome to participate in the survey. The fee to participate as a non-member is $5,500.

Participating institutions will automatically receive the standard reporting documents. However, institutions can request additional customized reports and the anonymized national dataset via this application. The fees for the additional customized reporting options are listed below:
