Support the success of CBIE's conference program by sponsoring the Speaker Ready Room. Conference presenters will utilize this space to meet with the AV team in preparation for their sessions.

This is a quiet space to test the technical aspects of each presentation and ensure all speakers are fully prepared to deliver their sessions.

Sponsorship includes: 

• Sponsor logo displayed next to Speaker Ready Room in the conference program
• One (1) In-app announcement, written by CBIE, promoting Speaker Ready Room with mention of sponsor
• Opportunity to provide branded accessories/resources in the Speaker Ready Room such as: USB keys, stationary, pens etc. (Supplied by sponsor, preferably eco-friendly)
   

All Silver packages include:

Registration + Exhibition

• Two (2) regular conference passes.
• One (1) Exhibit booth measuring 10x10, location selection first-come, first-served.
• Standard exhibit booth furniture package including chairs, table and Wi-Fi.

Branding + Communications 

• Logo placement on the exhibit hall sponsor banner alongside all sponsors. 
• Logo placement on the conference PowerPoint shown throughout the conference. 
• Logo placement on a rotating carousel in the conference app. 
• Logo and hyperlink on the 'Sponsors' page on the conference website.
• One (1) group acknowledgment of silver sponsorship on CBIE's social media 
• Sponsor app profile (includes a logo, video, description, contact details, and more).
